We are a 40-minute drive from Alba—close enough to enjoy the fair by day, far enough to escape it by evening.

The Authentic Truffle Hunt
Walk into the quiet autumn woods of the Langhe region with an experienced local Trifulau (truffle hunter) and his trained dog. This is a private, unhurried experience designed to show you how truffles are actually found.
You will follow the dog through the trees, observing its work and understanding the deep bond and training required to search for the white truffle beneath the soil. Anything found during the hunt remains the property of the hunter, but you will learn how to select and recognize a true high-quality truffle.
Truffle Dinner & Estate Wines
After the afternoon hunt, return to the privacy of the estate. We arrange a traditional Piedmontese dinner focused entirely on highlighting the seasonal flavor of fresh Alba White Truffle, shaved over classic local recipes.
The experience is complemented by a private tasting of our estate wines—including our Dolcetto d'Asti DOC, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon—grown and bottled from the very vineyards that frame your cottage.
